Acne comes from an old Greek word that means “Skin
Eruption”. So what cause pimples? Had
you ever seen your face from close in mirror? There are tiny holes in your skin
these are known as Pores. You will find oil, dead skin cells and bacteria.
These things are normal and were there before you had pimples. The oil makes
your hair shiny and keeps your skin saves from getting too dry, so it’s a good
thing. But in Puberty hormonal changes are there your skin starts making too
much oil, the oil, dead skin cell and bacteria plug up the pores.
Here are the remedies:
1. Ice
Ice can be used to remove pimple quickly it helps to improve
blood circulation. It helps in removing dirt and oil accumulated in the skin.
Wrap the ice cubes in a piece of cloth hold it on affected areas for few
seconds.
2. Lemon
Lemon is rich in vitamin C helps pimple to dry up faster.
Dip a cotton swab in fresh lemon juice and apply it on pimples before going to
bed. You can also make by mixing one tblsp lemon juice with one tsp of cinnamon
powder and put it on pimples overnight.
3. Honey
Honey is the source of antibiotics that can speed up the
healing process as well as help to prevent infections. Dip the cotton swab in
honey and apply it on the affected area and leave it for half an hour and then
wash it with lukewarm water.
4. Toothpaste
Toothpaste that you see every morning to clean your teeth
can be used to treat pimples quickly. Use white toothpaste avoids using gel
toothpaste. Apply white tooth paste over the affected skin area before going to
bed. In morning wash it with water.
5. Steam
Steam is wonderful at any time, but particularly when you
have pimples. Fill a large container with hot water and allow the steam to come
in contact in your face. Raise your face with lukewarm water after dry apply
oil free moisture.
6. Garlic
Garlic is antiviral, anti fungal, antiseptic and antioxidant
agent cut fresh garlic clove into two pieces. Rub garlic on pimples and leave
it for 5 minutes before washing skin with lukewarm water. Repeat it several
times a day.
Garlic can also purify your blood if you eat it raw, but don’t
eat too much it can upset your stomach.
